Theory: Is Herbert Coming Out Of Hiding Soon?

Recently, I saw that the 100th Field Op is coming out the same time as the Fair and Rookie. Do you think this is a coincidence? I think not. When you think about it it makes perfect sense. Herbert has been hiding since January when Rookie messed up and now, he's 'hosting' the Fair. The Fair is always pretty warm too, which Herbert likes.
